Visual language 3D sequences.

For this task we had to choose a letter of the alphabet and create it using three different plains through a view finder, one in front of the other. We created three different ones on different scales, our chosen letter being 'K'.

This was our first example and the largest one we created. The images show how we created it on three different plains. We found it quite difficult to get the 'arms' of the K at the right angle so the letter didn't look distorted but overall I think it was quite successful.

This was our second and smallest sequence. To start with this was created using only two different plains with the sketch book and edge of the pen case so to make it three we took out some of the pens so we had the first being the sketch book, second edge of the pen case and third was actually on the edge of a pen. This is probably our most simplistic idea.

This was our third idea, an 'arial' one which had to be viewed from above. The first image shows how we created it using the cardboard box, although this idea looks complicated, it was quite simplistic because it was just a case of getting the right angels and different levels using the one object, a box.
