These are the initial ideas for the illustrative typefaces and the style which they will take.
I've used existing typefaces and tried to alter them slightly so they are unique to my project but fit the film they are themed around. I think I need to experiment with this in a different way because the typefaces look too similar to that of the films with the general shape of the letters or at least manipulate them so they can't be recognised as the originals. I might try manipulating some of these ideas digitally to see how far I can take them as well as beginning some new ideas from scratch.
