New weekly plan//refined proposal.

After my tutorial with Phil I re-wrote my proposal so that my week by week plan was more realistic and doesn't mean i'm trying to do everything at once. This means that some briefs won't be started until later on but this isn't a problem as it's still managable. Hopefully i'll stick to it!
