Web workshop two.

To get rid of the space between the top of the browser and the website layout the container needs to be changed to the position and top setting above. Add in left 0px to make the website layout go right to the left edge.

To align the website centrally this is the code you use.

To add in an editable region.

To create a template.

Once you've created a template you can delete your index.html page and then use the template to create a new page.

This means you can then add in your other pages for your website using the same method really quickly.

In photoshop setting up buttons.

To duplicate drag the layer to the icon next to the bin.

In photoshop you have the option to choose the loading speed.
For photographs use JPG and for transparency use PNG-24.

Any time a change is made to the template it applies to the rest of the pages made from it.

To apply the buttons in the template we need to be in the navigation section of the code and then use the steps above to upload them.

This is how it appears when it's done and works!

To add the text to each individual page, type under the 'left column' text what you'd like the page to be called.

Add padding.
